Tandoori style pizza and garlic bread

Pizza Base
560g white bread mix (you can use plain  flour if you like
385ml warm water and 20g olive oil mixed together
10g dried yeast
Method
Place the flour,yeast and water into the bread machine and set timer for 40 min or set to pizza mode.
Allow to double in size, then knock the air from dough and roll and shape (see youtube video) this should take up to one hour.
Rest the dough for another 20 min before adding topping.

Pizza Topping
1/2 white or red onion
2 cooked chicken brests
1/2 red or green pepper
1/2 cup baby spinach
1 cup of good melting cheese (you can use cheddar if you like and you can slice or grate it)
1/2 sweet potato
1/2 pumpkin
4-6 cloves of fresh garlic mixed with 1 cup olive oil ( you won’t need all of this but It can be used for the garlic bread.
Pizza Sauce
1/4 cup Tandoori paste
1/2 cup creamy greek yogurt
1/4 tsp chilli flakes (Optional, mix together)
Garnish
1/4 cup creamy greek yoghurt
1/4 cup fresh chopped mint (mix together)
Fresh rocket to garnish

Note This recipe will make one large pizza and one med garlic bread
